Ginni Sethi holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and has excelled academically, establishing a solid foundation for her career. With 33 years of entrepreneurial experience, she owns and leads multiple ventures across various industries, including furniture manufacturing and retail, import/export, real estate, software development, construction, hospitality, entertainment (including boat cruises), and education. Through visionary leadership and strategic execution, she transformed her furniture and other businesses into a global multi-million-dollar enterprise in a remarkably short time after arriving in Canada, a country she now proudly calls home.

Ginni possesses true business acumen, enabling her to establish startups and elevate them to achieve their business goals with her exceptional skills in strategy, innovation, and leadership. Her ability to turn ideas into thriving ventures has solidified her reputation as a tenacious entrepreneur.

As the founder of WE-ELITE, an organization dedicated to mentoring and empowering women entrepreneurs, Ginni has become a champion for women in business. She actively participates in organizations like the Lions Club, CNIB, and AWIC – A Women’s Community Services Organization. She also played a key role in launching the Women Entrepreneurs and Professionals (WEP) Committee within the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce (ICCC), which provides a platform for women to network, grow, and succeed.

Ginni’s entrepreneurial ventures include Pioneer Cruises, a fleet of luxury party boats hosting private and public events on Toronto Harbour. Additionally, her leadership at Solution Alliance Sales & Marketing empowers businesses and individuals to achieve their full potential by blending innovation, collaboration, and mentorship.

A trailblazer in entrepreneurship, Ginni is especially passionate about supporting female immigrants who face unique challenges in building businesses in unfamiliar environments. “A female immigrant often wears many hats, balancing professional ambition with roles as a homemaker and caregiver.
